Would buy again - this works great so far

This is easy to change out - sharp blades - cuts well. The thick handle makes it easier to grip really like that. Have been using 2 months (Feb to April 2023) and it is still sharp and easy to use. I use maybe 2-3 a week. We do a lot of fresh produce and cheeses etc. no issues. This would make a great housewarming gift basket item as well or stocking stuffer.
