The most candid description and best performing of same type

I am still using everyday without encountering any issues. There are so many good about this massager. I am yet to further write on this kit since such massagers are everywhere and every corner everyday in promotional and lightning deal sales. Judging the prevalent tricks of some sellers in the same field and market, all I can say about this 1byone is that the one initiating this business is doing so without any extra but unnecessary tricks. On the complete contrary you will see it's wise. I will further furnish more details here cuz it's easy to fall into some purchasing traps and people are ending up buying junks back home once awakened and disillusioned. I review this as my first priority list due to fact that: one, no gimmicks at all in the disguise of actually sending you some used or defective items in nature. Two, its traditional spring massaging nodes really dig deep, relax, heal knots and pains everywhere on the body. I can share of how picking the right and "ethical" massagers, and that is, just trying to feel the rhythm of the machine when you use. You yourself have got to be relax first. Then you can feel there is really a pair of hands from a real and professional masseur is offering the service to you. One more side information, I did buy from 1byone of its audio products esp vinyl players years ago. This brand surprised me this time when I face it again after using it, the massager, for near a month of time, realizing that the owner of this company must be a wise and good man in doing business, being ethical, with a heart, candid and wise in extending his wisdom being versatile in different quality items and products innovated and manufactured. All these urge me wanting to write immediately and so much for me to post this review now, though I would expect myself to write sth more on this product.

Poorly Made, Just Doesn't Work!

After reading a number of glowing reviews for this neck massager, I decided to buy one for myself as I suffer from migraine-inducing neck pain and was looking forward to some relief! Unfortunately, the first device I received didn't even turn on. I chalked it up to bad luck and requested a replacement device. I was very excited to try out the replacement when it arrived, however it too is a faulty device. It turns on, but doesn't stay on for more than one rotation of the massaging rollers before immediately shutting off. I tried adjusting the speed and direction, but neither helped to fix the issue. When I turned on the heat, the massager started smelling like something was burning, so I shut it off worried that it poses a safety issue. Sadly, these are just cheaply made massagers that just don't work!

This massager matches its description and does what it says. I like what it does but not how it is operated. I have neck/back pain and neuropathy. The controls are simple to understand. But when I'm using it for neck/back massage they are hard to locate and differentiate. Instead of being able to leave it on my chair, sit down and start it , I have to start and configure it before I can use it every time. To change speeds or the heat it I have to remove it and hold it where I can see the buttons, all of which are red/black. This is so awkward that instead of using it as a multi-speed heat-optional masssager, I'm using it at whatever the default speed with heat on all the time. If I were designing it for me, I'd simplify it. I'd make the power switch cycle through the speeds, eliminate the "direction" and "speed" switches, enlarge the power and heat buttons to make them easier to locate without seeing them, and change their shape do they are very different from each other, like a circle and a starburst. The masssage I'm getting is ok, but I have to wonder if one of the other 5 modes or a combination would be better.

If you're in pain and need a massager, this is the one to get!!!! I have terrible muscle and nerve pain in back, but also sensitive to touch and most people's hands and massagers hurt instead of helping. I need deep, but not bruising massaging. The many shiatsu style massagers I have tried hurt terribly and would even bruise me. A lot of them ripped through the fabric on the massager. This has a dense, but soft fabric, covering the massagers. The massagers themselves are one small rounded and one larger flat one - on each of the two sides. I included pics, since there was a zipper around it that was easily unzipped. I loved this so much, I had uncontrollable tears of relief when I first used it. My kids thought it was yet another fail and I was being hurt. I had to explain it was joy and feeling pain leaving that caused them. The speeds are great, it changes directions and the heat is an added bonus. This also included an attachment for foot massaging - which I have never seen on the other ones. There is a vehicle and home adapter, so it can be used anywhere. I am so overjoyed and thrilled with this, that I immediately bought a second one for a spare.....in case this ever stops being available. Honestly, thank you so much for offering this product. I cannot say enough about it!!!

Almost any product won't be perfect - but with this one - I found SO many ways to flip around/move/fabric/angles to making this thing work on almost any part of my body besides the top of my head! Not recommended while driving, but for a passenger, definitely a MAJOR selling point that they have a car adapter. The extra foot liner is a bonus - but the major shock was how inexpensive - and I'm very grateful to have found aaaaanything at all after buying and returning 7 other types of things that are between $49-99! Either way, worth a try when you can just return drop off at no cost :)

please this massager is wonderful! I have bought so many and they have no strength! but this is a dream! It seems like a person doing massages, strong and with heat! I go to fisical therapy for my pain in my neck and upper back, and I just massaged myself with this massager and the pain went away !!! I highly recommend it. much better than others more expensive and with no powerful, this one is the best!!!!

I bought this massage pillow to use on my hamstring muscle and calf muscle because I get leg cramps. For my purpose it works well. It gives a really deep tissue massage so I don’t think I would use it on my back. The heat feels really good and the massage has two speeds. The massage is intense. I like that there are adjustments to change the speed and turn off the heat. I also like that there is a strap. I’ve used that to wrap around my leg when lying on my side. I haven’t tried it yet, but I like the fact that you can use it in the car with the included cigarette lighter option. I plan to use that when we take a long road trip next month. I returned the first one I bought because it started making a loud noise. The second one also makes a noise but stops after it’s on for a minute or so. That is really my only complaint and the reason I took off one star.

At first I wasn’t crazy about it, but I also didn’t take the time to really test it out. I recently was having a lot of neck/back pain and I used this for like 2 days….. pain completely gone. It also has a strap that allows you to use it for your arms or feet and that was the game changer. The warming setting is also really nice. I don’t use it every day but I’m glad to have it in case I need it.
