Air Fryer Oven Combo 7-Quart Convection

From the beginning, I had some trouble with an E6 error code. I thought I had it figured out, as it generally seemed to give me the E6 error when I'd try to add more time on it (I'm still learning how to cook with an air fryer), without turning it off and unplug then plug back in first. But now it's reached a point where it just stalls out every couple of seconds during pre-heat or full function showing E6. What's mind blowing is that there's nothing about this in the manual, they included some of the error codes, but then they write "if you see an error code that's not included, contact us"... why? Why not include *what* it means *and* that I should contact them?? It's pretty much impossible to google anything about this either. Results come up for crockpots, for humidifiers, but this? Only result that's even remotely related is on another air fryer from the manufacturer, saying: "When the connected power supply is lower than 90V, the E6 error code will be displayed. Please connect power supply of 120V. You may also contact us using the contact information located in the manual. We hope this helps!" It does not help in this case. I've tried to plug it into different outlets, nothing. Not that I expected that'd be really the problem, considering this air fryer has been able to work no problem for extended periods of time until this stalling issue. Other appliances with the same outlet needs also work just fine, so, you know. Apologies for being so wordy, but I only saw very very few people with this issue so I figured I'd let them know they're not alone. I'll try to reach out to manufacturer soon, but until this is resolved, I'll maintain the 1 star review. Not like it's going to make a dent in the rating anyway, but listening to the stalling air fryer right now, since I already prepared the ingredients and gotta chug along, is extremely concerning and infuriating so whatever.
