Durability

The cookware set is very well made. They are just the right amount of weight. Not too heavy and not too light. The nonstick surface is very smooth and the lids are classy looking. I am impressed with the overall appearance. I also like that the handles of the pans and lids can be tightened with a Phillips screwdriver if they should ever get loose. So far I am pleased with the product. I am also very impressed that they donate 15% of their profits to the needy. Way to pay it forward!!

Missing pieces and paint scraped off side of the skillet

Pieces are lightweight which is great for older folks. I was shocked when I had my box cutter in hand to unseal the box and all the plastic tape was cut already. When I examined the contents, I found a 1 qt. saucepan missing, the lid for the 10" skillet and the side of the skillet had paint scraped off. I believe this was a return item and not checked for all contents being returned and just put back on the shelf for sale. I did contact NutriChef, so we'll see if they have replacement pieces and send to me.
