I'm very happy with this item. I chose a from scratch recipe. Waffles came out very high or fluffy. This recipe reminded me of French donut quality. Maker was easy to clean, worked well and took up very little space in cabinet.

I have had this iron for less than a year and it stopped working suddenly this morning in the middle of making breakfast. It powers on with lights on, but will not heat up. I read elsewhere that this is a common issue with this brand, and it is a blown fuse that is hard to access and reassemble. So be warned that this product will not last for long and you will be left with a mess of batter on your hands soon or later.
