2 Pack HP PageWide Ink Replacement Set

I recently purchased a smart ink from Amazon for an OfficeJet 6978 Hp. I had always used Hp for the printer for the past 5 years, but after l read countless reviews l decided to purchase the smart ink because it cost less then hp cartridge. When l received the ink l installed it in the printer but it did not work and the printer also said the ink was not recognized. So l placed another order to Amazon and ordered an Hp cartridge. Once l got the replacement l removed smart ink and placed the hp cartridge but the printer still would not work. The printer did not work correctly when tested . A tested revealed a grayish light color instead of black. Also, the other colors when tested prove to be working fine. I couldn't understand why the printer was not working. Got my flashlight and saw that black ink had spilled inside. It was a lot of ink!!! The smart ink when left in the printer until l received the hp replacement spilled all inside printer. It was a big mess that took several hours to clean. I watched a YouTube video to help me out. I attempted to clean the spilled ink the best way l could but the printer would not work. Some areas l could not even clean due to the small crevices. I checked the printer again a day after. There was no change and now l saw more spills by a green color. My printer is damaged. I called Amazon to report the situation and l was given your information. I had to return all four cartridges, black, red, yellow and blue back to Amazon and I also lost my Hp printer of 5 years. I have attached pictures for your viewing. I'm recommending that smart ink replace my printer or fix it or replace it to an equivalent printer.
