I cooked 28 hard boiled, 1 omelet and 2 poached the day it arrived. We have chickens and have a lot of eggs right now so I wanted to give this a try. I got it on a great sale and it's well worth the money so far. The first go, I poked the eggs too deeply and some of them spilled out. A few had little balls of white boiled out the top and a few had what we joked about as dread locks. It truly looked like my eggs had dreads. The second batch, I poked more gently and every egg was perfect. Ice bath them immediately or they overcook. The poached eggs stuck to the plate, will try a little olive oil spray next time. The omelet came out beautiful. It puffs up but don't worry, just tryst the machine and you'll be fine. I live in the south and it's important to keep the heat out of my house. This allows you to cook stove quality eggs without heating up the house like the stove does. 10/10

Did Not Cook Eggs Properly

I followed the instructions and cooking time, but the eggs were not fully cooked. I had to run it again. Easy to use, but not reliable for perfect eggs.
