Faulty Door Interlock Switch

Hello, I purchased this Microwave less than 2 years of use & the door interlock switch no longer works properly, now causing a short & breaker to trip damgerous. I saved money to buy it & didn't start using it for 3 months after purchase cause I painted cabinet & waited to fine a microwave cart at a reasonable price so it's only been in use about 22 months. I will never purchase this brand again sad part it took a few months to save to buy it. Manufacturers don't think about the fact not everyone can instantly buy. Many people have to budget to purchase & it's not bcz we don't work just don't make enough for extras. I could have probably spent much less on another brand would hace lasted as long. Wish I knew of a way to file a formal complaint because had it not been for breaker safety in tripping & turning power off it could have caused a fire.

THE PRICE IS EXCEPTIONAL FOR THE FEATURES, POWER AND SIZE

I have been using the Galanz Microwave Oven ExpressWave for 3 weeks. So far there is 1 negative feature and minor to me: there is no way to turn off the buzzer. Now the good: A mug with a handle comes back to the starting position on all cook time settings in 10 sec time increments. This is convenient with less chance of spills. The center knob sets cook times FAST. It has Inverter Technology: heating and thorough cooking is excellent There is an automatic fan when too much moisture fills the oven. The unit is quiet compared to my past microwaves. Last, the price is the best for the features and size (1.6 cu inches).
