Wonderful Company, Amazing product!

This fan is amazing and so is this company! I will only buy fans from dreo now on and here's why. I purchased this fan for my living room a year ago. My young son ran into the fan by accident while wearing a vr headset. This accident cause the inner impeller to break. I contacted the company and asked it they sold replacement impellers and unfortunately they said that they didn't. They asked how the fan broke and I explained everything to them. They informed me that they do not usually replace fans unless it was a malfunction within the unit but they would make a one time exception in my case. They asked for purchase info, and pictures of the broken fan. Once they received everything they needed, they sent an email confirming my replacement was being sent. I was so impressed by their generosity in replacing my fan, that I purchased another fan for my daughter. I truly appreciate dreo for replacing my fan because they didn't have to, which is why I ordered another fan. I love a company that knows how to treat their customers right. Aside from their great customer service, their products are top notch! Fan speed is excellent, noise level is great, and is such a sleek powerful fan. I would highly recommend buying this or any dreo product!

Buyer beware… does not come apart for ease of cleaning like the selling points show

I just want to say that the fan is a really great fan. It works good. I like the fact that you can silence the remote for beeping, but the fact remains that I ordered this fan for the sole reason that you were supposed to be able to take it apart, really easily from the front and wash the grill and wash the turban spinner thing inside, but this one does not come apart at all, and I returned the first one for that very same reason and then I was sent this one and it’s the exact same thing so don’t be fooled by the advertisement that says you can take it apart easily and clean it in your sink because you can’t, plus it’s not all white like the picture shows. The front is gray … like I was saying I sent the first one back because it didn’t do what the advertisement said and the second one is the same way and I would send this one back too but now I’m desperate for a fan so I’m gonna end up keeping this one… grateful that it works good but extremely disappointed in the fact that you cannot clean it easily:(
