Honey-Can-Do Collapsible Clothes Rack

I ordered one of these a year and a half ago and loved it: It's light, easy to move, use, and store. I moved to a new house (left the old one at the old house) and ordered a new one, and there are two aspects to the new one that I'm not happy with: 1. The ends are rusty. Not sure how this happened, as my order was shipped quickly via Prime and not left outside, so it must've been during the manufacture or in storage. 2. All of the corners of the U-shaped pieces that the rusty bars go into are sharp and pointy. They weren't this way on the last version I had, and it's probably only a matter of time before I cut myself and/or it rips laundry.
