Commercial Cool 12K BTU Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner w/ Heat

First the packaging was inadequate, the instructions were inadequate, the supposedly 24/7 support is non existent. When I called I received a message saying they would call back at the number I called from within 48 hours. I called 4 times and never received a call back. There was some damage but I thought I would try it anyway as the temp here was close to 100. The next thing I ran into was the literature said that it could be located 50 feet away from the 2 components. One would think that meant the was 50 foot of line, Not so there was only 15 feet. Do to the placement that meant I had to build a shelve for it about 8 feet above the ground. the wiring was not clear and if I had not had a multimeter I would not have been able to figure it out. After 2 days of working on it the the third day I turned it on. the inside unit worked but the compressor never came on. In disgust I took it all back down and requested a return. They sent me a label that required me to pay the postage to return. About $100. I then contacted amazon and was directed to the A to Z department. After about 3 weeks of negotiation I received a postage paid return but it required me to deliver is 70 away at a fed ex complex. It then took a week to see my return. I would not recommend. I bought another one from a different manufacture that hooked up in 3 hours and worked at advertised. It was packaged much better as well.
