Rosie to the rescue!

This is our first robot vacuum with Shark and we are very pleased. Our other robot vacuum “Rusty” lasted us a year and he was great. We wanted to find something similar. Our vacuum “Rosie” goes through a mapping session during her startup. After that session, she knows exactly where to go in your house to make a very efficient clean. You can set her on a timer and control everything from the app. You can even send her to certain rooms that are messy and not have her do the whole floor. I have recommended her to some friends. Suction is great and my carpets feel clean when she leaves. Easy to empty all the dust and trash. Huge time saver! She is a smart little vacuum!

Worked Well Until it Didn’t

Worked really well for about one month. Then it started sounding very loud and clunky. Then it just stopped working. Won’t connect to our wi-fi, won’t restore to factory settings, the app is completely unhelpful in trouble shooting. I cleaned out the debris collecting tray every day. Ugh! We’re back to vacuuming every day with our upright vacuum. As they say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Shark has some work to do on their product quality and their technology (especially their app). So disappointed.
