great product

All the pieces were functioning, and really nice that it came with batteries already in them. Easy to record and didn't need too much pressure to press it for my dog. However, I have a 10 lb dog and haven't managed to get her to press it yet. But that's not the product's fault! She seems scared of it when I press it to make a sound, and when she does attempt she just scratches at the corner:p Again not the product's fault! It records nice and loudly, but that is easy to fix if it's too loud and scares your dog, simply by holding it further from you or talking quieter while recording. It also doesn't slide when placed on the floor. I was surprised at how well it stays in place!

Not good for small paws

My 4lb Pom got the hang of it in 24 hours but he just can't apply enough pressure in order to trigger the sound. The press has to be forceful enough and directly in the center of the button. My pup presses away at the edge of the button and he pushes it down, but it is not enough for the sound. Really disappointed.
