Came with pieces loose

We love Little People, not sure if it was the seller or packaging or what, but this on came with pieces disconnected for the original packaging. I didn’t think much of it, figured it wasn’t a big deal, although my son opened it today as a gift and as there is all the big pieces, the wheels are all missing off the vehicle. So I’m definitely bummed we’ll have to order additional pieces, but he’s already enjoying the parts he is able to play with.
