Ninja has impressed me

I usually hold off on pan reviews, especially 5 star ones, but these are so incredible I've been telling my friends about em. What makes these great isn't just the non stick, which is expected to be excellent in the first 3 months (the non stick honeymoon period) it's the heat distribution. Anyone with any cooking experience knows to preheat any real pan for ~ 5 minutes, these are no exception. Once you do, these things cook better than any pan I've ever owned, including my previous favorite: cast iron. And of course, the non stick is incredibly good right now, with semi daily use. I will update in 3-12 months :) Edit: It's been almost 12 months to the day and I'm still loving this pan. Haven't actually noticed a decline in the non stick and I use it 3-4 nights a week at minimum. I'll likely get another year out of it without issue. For anyone that understands non sticks pros and cons, this is an excellent buy.

Small pan sticks and discolored

Mixed review. The small pan, which is the main reason I bought this set, sticks and is discoloring after a few uses. Cooked a breakfast steak in it first use, heated pan slowly and properly, used a little oil, and steak stuck to pan. Was difficult to clean the burnt residue off the rough surface. Hasn’t cooked eggs without some sticking. Pan is discolored after use. The large pan has been used once, performed flawlessly, and still looks great.
