outstanding cookware
By DIY senior on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2023
Nothing beats stainless pots and now my enamel set is heading for the dumpster. These pots are easy to use and keep clean, unlike enamel whether it be on the exterior or interior. The pots are well constructed, heavy and the handle does not get hot. One must follow directions and not use very high heat b/c these have an induction type bottom that evenly distributes the heat. That's why pre-heating before cooking is needed. If you plan your prep-cooking routine, allowing the pot/s to slowly heat for 2-3 mins is no big deal. And using stainless/metal utensils is much preferred over the plastic.

A different kind of pan
By Tommy Ward on Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2023
***UPDATE (~2 years later) -- I never use metal in these pans, never use sprays, and almost exclusively hand wash them and yet the coating is failing quickly. I use a ton of butter in the pan now to help prevent sticking. I'm very disappointed, since these worked so well when new, and the Ninja marketing seemed to indicate these would have a long lifetime. My next pans will be either stainless or Hexclad. Reduced to 2 stars, they're still a nice pan, but the coating has failed sooner than my cheap Teflon pans.I'll start by saying this is the first nicer set of pans I've ever purchased, all of mine in the past were Teflon / basic sets of aluminum-coated pans. The first thing that stood out to me about these pulling them out of the box is they're heavier. However, after first use the reason for this was obvious--these things hold heat so much better than any of my other pans ever have. Even compared to my old cast iron pans these things don't seem to lose heat. I have burned a good bit of food since purchasing these pans because of how well they hold heat, I've just learned to use heat level of 4-5 on my electric stovetop instead of ~8 I used to use consistently.Reading the instructions, they recommend NOT running these through the dishwasher to help extend lifetime of the pans (though they are "dishwasher safe"). What's amazing so far is these pans rinse out almost every time without even needing to scrub at all--if I cook eggs or something else and let the pan sit for a day I may need to gently wipe out the pan while I rise it.As others have said, do NOT use metal utensils in these. First time looking at these in person it's clear metal will destroy these. Whatever they claimed with using metal utensils is a marketing lie. After owning these for a few months, I'm giving them 5 stars. If the coating fails or I have another issue, I'll update this review. As of now, I absolutely love these and wouldn't buy anything else for the ~$190 I spent on my set (stock pot, two smaller pots, two pans, skillet, & lids).
