Rubbermaid Easy Release Flexible Ice Tray

The more I use these trays, the less I like them. I bought the four-pack and then went out and bought one more. Using FIVE of these trays still only fills about two thirds of a standard Rubbermaid ice cube bin. I blame the design. The product is made well, as Rubbermaid tends to be, but the individual cells are too small and spaced too far apart. That’s why these trays can’t produce much ice at a time. Also, the cubes are not released that easily, probably because the design incorporates too much plastic and not enough silicone. Bottom line, this is a pretty expensive ice cube tray that doesn’t make much ice. I had hoped for better.
