No nose and mouth??

The bag is really big and soft which I like, but mine didn't come with the nose or mouth sewn on, just the eyes. I was kind if disappointed too because the face was super cute and one of the main reasons why I bought it. I would exchange it for one with a face but I'm traveling soon and don't have time.
