I love this so much. Easy to clean and the three blades up the blender makes it way faster and easier to get a smooth blend on smoothies or anything I use it for. I love the two additional blending cups for smaller portions or for smoothies. It came with 2 lids for the cups.

Refurbished Product Did Not Work, TWICE

I purchased the Ninja knowing it was refurbished but thinking it would be just fine, after all it was refurbished and I have had good success with similar products in the past. The first Ninja I received had an electronics issue, it would shut off while using a programed blend. I had to unplug the unit to get it to re-start. I sent it back and asked for a replacement. The replacement worked for a few weeks then started to do the same thing as the first one. I sent the second one back and asked for a refund. Three weeks and a promise to "get right on it" later and I am still out over $80. I recommend you save your money and buy a new one.
