I still cannot find one negative about this laundry basket. I love being able to take the washed and dried clothes to fold on my bed. Being able to separate my soiled items immediately saves so much time on laundry day. It is very sturdy, the wheels turn effortlessly, and it even has brakes. The bags are made of a substantial fabric, and I never need to tighten the screws, despite putting it together myself in a short time frame. I anticipate many years of further use. I give a big thumbs up.

This item was put together and was all working pretty well until I found out I didn't have all the parta and was missing a hanger for one side of one of the bags (which makes one bag completely useless). The most difficult part was that the sellers contact was just a website link which led to a dead website. So I had talk with Amazon costumer servixe and order another, get the missing piece out, and send it back for my refund. It was definitely more involved that I hoped it would be and wanted to make sure others knew the risk in case it were to happen again. But the product itself I do like and the size is just right for the space I was trying to fit it in.
