Excellent product

Everything starting with packing of the two units (outdoor and indoor) shows the quality of the product. This is my third split unit AC and it seems to be the best. Very quiet and efficient. Also it has a very good installation manual. I needed to consult the product support team and they were very helpful. I just hope it will last...but so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Damaged package

Got here super fast and before expected delivery date. When it was dropped off the box was messed up a little. Once I unboxed it today found one of the corners bent in and some fins pushed in from mishandling. Hopefully it still works if not I will be sending the outside unit back
