Amazing!

AMAZING BEDD!!!! I first tried it a year ago at my sisters house and then said I need one of those. A little over a year and now I have mine. One word- amazing!! If I could buy these for my family I would buy each member because the mattress is amazing!

FIRM and caused health issues. Worst experience I have had with Amazon so far. I read multiple reviews stating this bed was soft, and the description says it is medium plush firm, but it gave me horrible neck, and back problems. It literally felt like it bruised my ribs after sleeping on it, as it hurt to breathe on my left side. My neck still hurts to this day, even though I am now using a new mattress, which worries me that it actually caused long term damage just in a few days of use. Trying to return it has been a joke. The site keeps taking me back to the return center without starting the return. Which has never happened before in trying to start a return. The associate I finally had a chat with did not apologize for my troubles even though I told them about my health issues from the product, and they said they would assist with the return label, and I would have to buy a box to send it back in (after I said it seemed impossible to return in the original box without the assistance of machines). I said that was unacceptable and a box that size would be over $100, if they even make them. The chat then ended with a "we have hit a snag in our chat". I'm not sure what is going on with Amazon lately, but they have been extremely unprofessional and I certainly expected more assistance than what I received. Zero rating experience. The product seems worth closer to $250 for a king, as it was not comfortable like a typical memory foam mattress, and using a 3" memory foam topper actually made it worse! Ive never used a mattress before where the topper actually makes it more uncomfortable. Highly unusual. It honestly kind of reminds me of the foam used in the seats of cars. It's that firm. When you press on it it squishes down, but when you lay on it it does not feel like it forms around your body whatsoever. In fact I was worried about it after unboxing it, as it immediately inflated to full size. After waiting 24 hours and checking back in on it, absolutely nothing had changed (which is why the thought of trying to box it back up is ridiculous). Don't be fooled by their extended return window, as they make it seemingly impossible to return. I should have known better then to buy a Zinus. My kids are currently using Zinus mattresses since my dad bought them for them, but have always complained about them being too hard until they put a topper on it. Then for them it feels like a cloud. This one was not like that at all. The cover also seems cheap and my cats have already managed to snag it, which is horrible since the cover is the only thing separating you from the fiber glass used in Zinus memory foam mattresses.

Easily the best and most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. I paid 3x as much as I did for this mattress and the Zinus brand is better. No joke. I sleep like a rock since receiving this. Came in a box, so awesome and easy to carry for me (about 80lbs). Built in USA so you’re supporting your fellow country people vs some other country that has crappy QC. The customer service people are great too. I called them to register my bed with the warranty they offer included in price and the lady helped me out, was pleasant, didn’t wait on hold for even 5 mins. Zinus has their stuff together and I’m a believer! I bought on a cyber Monday deal but even the regular price far exceeds paying triple for an inferior product with a good brand name. You spend 1/3 of your life in bed. Might as well do I in style and have enough money left over to buy a foundation from Zinus and a couple hundred bucks to spend on a new comforter, sheets, new pillows and dinner at a high end restaurant. This is a no brainer type of deal and my life has changed since I rolled the dice on this brand I have never heard of before. I’m happy to report that instead of tossing/turning on my old pillow top bed I literally fall asleep fast and wake up in the same exact position. The frame is made solid so no squeaky sounds upon laying down, solid feel too. Do what I did and grab a matress and the frame and I even have 14 inches under the bed to store and stow away items that would never fit under a standard bed with box spring. I can’t say enough for the overall experience with Zinus and my excitement rubbed off on my Mom who purchased a full size at regular price for her guest room bed. She then told my aunt who also bought a queen like me. The feeling of not being tired after sleeping 6 hrs/night is priceless! My back pain has subsided, my deep sleep mode is stellar, and my life has been exceptionally better all because of this mattress and frame. Im in sales and honestly could go door to door with this product and be very successful selling these. They sell themselves! If you’re in the market for an A* experience and are skeptical, roll the dice because you will win everytime with this gem of a set up. That is all.

2024 update: After having this bed for a little over a year, I can say for people weighing 200lbs or more, it doesn't hold up well in the long term. I've read that for heavier weight people, a hybird is ideal, so I *will* be giving Zinus another go, just a hybrid style instead of this one. I don't regret my purchase at all! It's just not long-lasting, as is said to be. Sure it can support the weight of 500lbs total...but only for a limited time. The affordability of Zinus is definitely a huge sell point, because it really is a comfortable short-term solution. Specifically the issue is after about half a year, it starts to lose its ability to regain shape, and so there is a sunken spot of the mattress where I slept. It's a very significant depression, and with my chronic back pain, it's definitely worsened it. So long as you are willing to buy a new mattress after a year (if you are someone weighing 200lbs+ or partner weight combined is 400lbs+), this is still a great *budget* choice. orig. 2023 review: I've been sleeping on mine for a month, with it having been slept on by my partner for 2 months prior. It's honestly the most comfortable bed I've had in years. Given financial difficulties, I couldn't afford to get a fancy bed like Helix or a Casper or Purple, but I didn't want to get just anything. The last two times I got a mattress from a mattress store (clearance), the bed broke on me within the first month and I had to just live with waking up falling off the side. I was so worried about it happening again, but with Zinnus Green Tea it always rises back up. It can be a little difficult to get up and out of it given it has little to no bounce (I have chronic body pain and some limited mobility), but ultimately it's so comfortable and affordable, I can live with that. Even not for the price I'd say it's a great option. It's a medium plush kind of feel (I tend to go for the softest of soft, but the support here is nice for both mine and my partner's back pains without being hard). All in all, if you're hesitant about trying out this mattress but want a comfortable memory foam-type budget mattress (like say, you've just moved across country with no bed -waves-, or you're a college student needing something comfy), this is definitely worth your try. I genuinely am comfortable keeping this bed even once I have money for something fancier. When I replace it, it's going to be a beloved guest bed!

The 10inch medium firm mattress is by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and one of the best decisions I've ever made. I bought it about 5 months ago and it's still as comfortable and firm as the first night I slept on it. This mattress doesn't sink in the middle and contours to your body just so. I wish all my friends and family could at least lay on it because I think if they did, they'd each buy one tomorrow lol! It's comfortable any way you sleep- stomach, back, or side. I'm usually not one to leave reviews (good or bad), but I'm so happy with this bed still that I felt compelled to write this! My boyfriend suggested I should buy it and is now jealous my bed is comfier than his. I've had $1,000-$3,000 mattresses that don't even come close to how comfortable this mattress is. AND it was a fraction of the cost. I know it's tough choosing a mattress without being able to try it first, but rest assured, you will not regret buying this one.

We got the 10inch, in the hopes it would be on the firmer side. It is! We had quite the journey finding the right mattress. We have an older zinus memory foam that I love, but it is a Queen and we now sleep on a king. A couple years ago I ordered what I thought was the same mattress (but in king) and it just wasn’t the same. Too soft, not enough support and I get migraines from it. So then we went mattress shopping and I only like the $6k Tempurpedic firm mattress, of course. Knowing it was possible to find something cheaper, I went ahead and got a “plank” mattress, which was wayyy too firm. But the company was great and refunded. So I decided to take a chance and order this Zinus mattress, knowing how much I loved the original, but having a hard time finding something comparable, since it is no longer sold. Happy to report this mattress is the one! It’s not exact, but close enough that I don’t get migraines. It’s very supportive and doesn’t give in the tummy/hip area during the night. Keeps you straight. I’m 165 pounds. No idea of durability, but I don’t really care. Just relieved to have something that works for now and doesn’t cost $6k.

I had a queen size mattress from Ashley’s . To me , that mattress felt like a true medium firm to firm . I loved that mattress so much but I needed an upgrade to a king bed after getting married . I decided to buy this mattress in king size . I have had it for a year now and it is just too soft although it says medium firm. I wake with back aches . I will now need a firm mattress topper so I don’t waste money on another mattress .

We have a Zinus mattress in our camper and love it. When we needed one for our home we bought another Zinus. No where near as good. Sagging badly on my side. Planning on replacing it soon. NOT with a Zinus!
