Functions as advertised.

I have been the owner of an Omega 1000 for 25 years and I've been very happy with it. It is truly a workhorse. I had to replace the locking arms several years ago as they tend to fail after several years of use. I recently noticed small cracks forming in existing arms and was disappointed that they are no longer available. So, I decided to replace it with a masticating juicer from Omega and the cube seemed to fit my needs. The machine has lived up to my expectations. It's relatively quiet and the pulp is as dry as the centrifugal Omega 1000, but at the price of speed and clean-up time. The 1000 wins hands down . The whole process of juicing now adds 15 minutes from start to finish. A little annoying, but small price to pay considering the nutrients in the juice.

false advertising by amazon .. no links to omega
By uncertain customer on Reviewed in the United States on February 21, 2024
I am a staunch supporter of omega products. I had a juicer that was stolen in a break-in, when I lived elsewhere. However, this was advertised as glass, and I was sent plastic. Amazon offered to refund the difference, and no refund has appeared. Within a short month or so, the difference between glass and plastic is clear. The brushes that are included are breaking down and staining as is the plastic. We don't use it every day. Additionally, if you juice more than a glass of juice at once, or too much soft fruit, you get more waste and juice bulks up in the machine and not in your glass. Very wasteful! Also, the instructions are quite brief. It's better to check out the website. It does make me wonder if this is a true omega product, or if there is a copy cat selling through AMZN.
