Turn your room into an ice cave / easy install

It hums a little bit but not any louder than a fan. The cooling ability is phenomenal. I'm in a 3 story town house and our upstairs bedrooms get hot 🔥 in the summer. With this unit I can keep the upstairs at 68 while it's 95 outside . It works awesome. Installation is super easy. Pro tip ....... When attaching the hose do not use too much force. It goes in easy. I was trying to apply too much force to attach it to the unit and it became difficult. I own 2 of these and love them. Great buy and worth every penny.

Disappointed in return policy

We received this AC unit but unfortunately the unit was too loud and scared my pets. I needed to return/exchange for something that was not as loud but you can't return. I wish it would have been stated when I purchased. Amazon has amazing return policies, it was just sad this was encompassed by this one.
