Can’t get support to replace a piece

There were a few scratches in the black paint but the real issue is that one of the “Part D’s” was missing an imperative drilled hole. Trying to get help directly with the manufacturer and then Amazon was to no avail after waiting 10 mins and I don’t have time to wait longer. I love the product just would be nice to get the support needed in a timely manner because it matters.
