Unsafe for baby skin, very squeaky

This item has a foam like material and a surface that is very abrasive. It caused torn skin on our baby’s foot from pushing off it while crawling, which hasn’t happened on play mats made of other materials or the bare floor. This doesn’t seem like a safe product for all ages in my opinion. Apart from that the material is very loud and squeaky - even as an adult, various movements on it would cause annoying loud squeaks. I’m surprised other reviews don’t mention this.
