Lights, motion and music. The music can be turned off if needed, the lighted windmill arms rotate, fits in great with the Christmas village!

When the Christmas village windmill arrived, I knew there was something wrong as soon as I removed it from the box. The windmill assembly that was attached to the house was very loose and wobbly and there wasn't any way for me to tighten it. After I plugged it in, the LED lights on the blades started flickering intermittently and after the blades rotated for awhile the entire assembly looked like it was going to fall off. Quality control is obviously lacking here and I hope this seller can address this.
