Love it! I tried to do the puzzle without looking at the colors on the back but I’d probably be working on it for months if I didn’t. Now I’m going to hang it up on my wall !

Maybe I Expected Too Much…

…from MaxRenard puzzles. Animal Party is not an actual painting. It is a picture created on a computer, which is fine. What’s not fine are the number of objects in the picture that are copied and pasted. It’s lazy and it makes for boring art and worse puzzles. Also, whoever decided where to crop the picture did not seem to be paying attention to what they were doing. I’ve only done one other MaxRenard, “Fruits and Flowers”, a little dark but a picture of a lovely, real painting and a quality puzzle. I also have Bumper Harvest. I haven’t done it yet but hope for a good crop (see what I did there?🤣). Van Gogh is always a good choice for anything. (I’m so glad Van Gogh didn’t have a computer.) I only buy MaxRenard puzzles on sale, otherwise they’re just way too expensive, especially if copypasting is going to be their model.
