Where do I even start with this horrendous experience? First, I want to make it abundantly clear that Amazon and Hoover have absolutely zero regard for customer satisfaction. I recently ordered two similar items from this manufacturer via Amazon, and the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare. To my sheer disbelief, not only did they manage to mess up my order once, but they repeated the exact same mistake twice! It's astonishing how they can blatantly show such negligence and lack of attention to detail. Clearly, quality control is not a term they have even heard of. Even worse, when I reached out to Amazon's so-called "customer service," I was met with nothing but indifference and a complete lack of accountability. It's as if they have perfected the art of ignoring disgruntled customers. They refused to process a refund, even though it was entirely their fault for shipping the wrong items in the first place. Their incompetence knows no bounds! Furthermore, the whole process of dealing with Amazon customer service is downright nauseating. The representatives I spoke to were unhelpful, dismissive, and constantly hung up my called intentionally. It felt like I was talking to robots programmed to avoid any kind of resolution or provide any form of assistance. It's evident that these people have no empathy or understanding of basic customer service principles. I am utterly disgusted by the sheer lack of professionalism displayed by Amazon and Hoover. It is incomprehensible how a company can operate with such negligence and disregard for its customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this manufacturer. This whole experience has left a foul taste in my mouth. Shame on you, Amazon and Hoover!
