Impressive and handy

My wife wanted this but I wasn't impressed until it came in. It is a powerful hand held wand for quick spot cleanup of our hardwood floors. Hold it over the garbage and hit the button and it dumps. Does excellent with dog hair. I would advise to order some extra filters. They do need cleaning regular with use.

Incredibly disappointing…Buyer Beware!

I was honestly very excited to get this wand vac. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and thought this item would help me keep it tidy. Upon receiving the Shark wand vac, I attempted to fully charge the battery. I soon realized the vac doesn’t fully sit on the charging base. I essentially have to wrap the vac around the charging base with the base cord in order to force a charge. When the vac was fully charged, I attempted to use it and after 7 minutes of use, after being charged for days, the battery was drained. Given my original charging issues, I thought I’d give it another chance after another full charge. Today, the wand vac gave me about 5 minutes of use before dying. What an incredible disappointment especially for being a Shark which is a pretty reputable brand. Very possible I just received a dud but now I’m past the point of being able to return the product. I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary in hopes it spares another from experiencing what I have with this vac. Don’t risk it!
