I have had this for just over a month. Easy to clean. Bottom half packs a fair amount of food and drinks. If the food / drinks are cold going in they will be still be cool by lunch. Adding a small ice pack they will be cold for some time. the top half works well, keeps things nice and cool with ice pack. Bonus for me . . top half keeps my samsung tablet 6 perfect size including tablet case, and full size headphones. Plenty of room. Very happy with this purchase. Complaints - shoulder strap is worthless. It does not stay up. No matter what i do it falls off. so i took it off. It needs a rubber pad to say put. Overall quality being a month in is good. No signs of wear and tear. I work in a combined office / production environment. i don't always eat at my desk. i eat where and when i can - that is not always the cleanest environment. I would buy this again.

We were disappointed in the quality. The inner lining is not thick enough to stay in place to the bottom of the bag. One of the zippers was not as long as the other side. I returned it because of this. I can say that the outer look is very nice but that was not the purpose of the purchase of course. It is deep and will hold quite a bit. The shoulder strap is secure.
