Beautifully Designed; Efficient; LED; Large Storage

I bought this humidifier to replace a really cheap one I had prior. I wanted one that could tell how much humidity was in the room, which this one does wonderfully, and one that could provide cold and warm mist, which this does as well. I've paired it with my small mini heater to make a little humid oasis for my basil plants and so far it's worked well! We'll see how much it runs electricity wise, but it doesn't seem to pull that much. You can edit it to automatically shut off at the time of your choosing, you can make it push out mist in a 3 level capacity, you can change whether the lights are on or off, and at the top, you can move the direction the nozzle emits the humidity from.I normally love seeing my plants get the humidity directly, but with this, I'm able to know that the humidity level in the room is at 60-70 and that, even if my plants are below the humidifier... They're 100% benefitting from it.I also got a barely used unit and it came clean, solid, and there is zero leakage.

"Stainless heater" unit corroded in <18 months. No parts to fix it, wasteful.
By ALLEN Family on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2023
Started well, but 18 months in heater so called "Satinless steel" heater element corroding spewing black and brown film everywhere. Proper Stainless doesn't corrode! I assume that is copper behind the plating, but we don't want to breath that in a long with whatever it was plated in?! Not surprising, they only warrant for one year. They have no parts to replace it, so the whole thinh is junk headed for the landfill. Most on full and warm would over spray causing big droplets everywhere around unit. It is quiet and three cloud mist levels. The soft light at the base can be steady or scroll through colors. Reservoir lasts about 7 hours on warm mist and level 3, longer on cool mist. The readout on the front appears to indicate current humidity level. The buttons on the front are touch sensitive with a light tap to adjust. Cleaning the unit once a week letting it run with a white vinegar and water mix to get rid of scale; we use a piece of Saran wrap over the top and put the lid back on and let it run 15-45 minutes, then give it a good rinse. the plastic is thin which is a little concerning and the handle is a thick plastic. The inside mold could benefit from a sloped bottom to the drain and filleted corners to make it easy to clean with an internal wipe down; the internal corners will eventually need qtip cleaning. Mornings I dump out the water and stack the sections 45 degrees rotated from one another to allow It to dry out for the next nights use. Got this one on sale and nice product. Center light that shines through the resivoir could use in addition to the cool white light, a color shifter or dimmer or on off like the color therapy at the bar of the unit. The color therapy is a fun twist to provide a soft color bright light say night. I haven't used the timer function as I usually use the whole resivoir each night. When it runs out of water is shows a red E1 on the front.
