(NEW!) EUREKA All in One Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner

This thing is super heavy and non-maneuverable. I bought it to replace my more lightweight rechargable vacuum but ended up deciding to keep both because there's no way this thing is getting under my bed or anything like that. This was all until I tried the self-cleaning function, which ended up leaking dirty water all over my floor. It barely cleans up the dirty liquid, and no way am I going to try and clean a rug with this after cleaning hard floor because it will just make the rug dirtier than before. It also doesn't clean floor edges at all. I spoke to their support, they agreed that it was malfunctioning (the self cleaning should not leak) and just told me to return it. They weren't very helpful and gave me no product support info or any other options. Did not seem to care at all. So my recommendation to you, even if you ignore this review and listen to the (probably paid) positive ones, is to KEEP YOUR BOX in case a few weeks later you decide you want to return it. UPDATE: Eureka's official customer support email address (which Amazon told me to contact to process warranty) is literally not accepting mail (Gmail says the user was suspended?!). So I don't know what's going on with this company but it ain't good.
