Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great kettle, it’s not small though so if you’re looking for something that doesn’t take up much space this in not the item for you. That said, it does a great job heating water quickly. I also like that it can be set to warm differently temperatures, it has both the ability to raise and lower temperatures by increment’s of 5 degrees and has 4 preset temperatures, if you’re like me and you don’t always want to boil everything this is very useful. It’s also great that it has a warming feature so you can set it to warm and then set the desired temperature and it will keep the water at that temperature although you do have to manually turn it off if warning is on. This is by far the most annoying part of the kettle, when picking it up off the charger and then returning it to the charger you still need to manually turn it off on warm mode or it will stay on indefinitely. For the price this is a great little kettle. The next cheapest electric kettle that can do what this one can do and seems at all worth it is at least $100.
