Firm, but not uncomfortable. Good for waist.

Initially, it makes me feel slightly rigid to my body. But, after one week test, it successfully support my waist, giving comfort when I woke up in the morning .

Crushed & Twisted Corners Caused By Careless Process of Rolling/Compression

Opened the mattress to let it expand within 24 hrs of receipt. When I took it out of the box, the corners of the mattress were horribly crushed/twisted excessively and unevenly compressed. Even after allowing it several days to expand and then manually tried to fluff up and smooth out the corners, the corners the mattress foam itself are not fully compressed and the mattress cover is horribly crinkled in the corners. It also don’t evenly puff up to the same height uniformly across the mattress and is not the full 8 inches anywhere. If I wouldn’t have gotten it on sale, woild absolutely be asking for a refund.
