this is a FANTASTIC all-purpose pan.

my first meyer pan (wok style) was purchased in mid-90s.......and still use it today! so, i saw this and picked one up. first, it has that same quality build - it doesn't feel "flimsy" or poorly made. it has a quality look/feel. second, it's good for making about anything - you can fry/stirfry in it. you can boil in it - make stews/soups. so far i've done it all and this pan works very well. then after cooking, it's effortless to clean. also, i love the extra handle on the opposite side of the main handle - makes picking it up full pans of food much easier. i have no complaints with this -it's great!

I had bought a stainless Meyer brand pot, and love it, so I figured the nonstick would be good quality as well. Very disappointed, and returned 1 which scratched within 1-2 uses, and we are very careful to use plastic or wood utensils and hand-wash. Will stick to their stainless products.

I wanted to use this pan a few times before reviewing it because of some of the negative reviews. I just made chicken stir fry again tonight and this pan did an exceptional job once again. I think the nonstick is excellent and the pan works flawlessly on my induction cooktop. The handles don’t get hot when cooking at high temperatures. The weight really helps to hold the heat and makes the cooking easier. I particularly like the size because it is easier for me to handle than a 12 or 14 inch would be. So I am pleased with it and also glad I purchased it.

I use a ceiling hanging pot/pan rack that uses hooks. This is a nice little pan but we had to drill a hole in the end of the handle and tie a leather tie through the end to be able to hang it.

This pan was purchased to use in my RV. I like that the bottom of the pan is small yet I can fit long spaghetti in it without breaking the pasta in half. RV stove burners are small and this heats well due to the small base. It's easy to stir ingredients in and easy to clean.
