The main reason I got the bed was I have acid reflex but I love the comfort and ease of my back pain too . The only issue I had was the foot motor got broke during shipping but they had no issue with replacing it as soon as possble..

Disappointed and Frustrated - BUT getting customer service help (updated from 1 to 3)

A few days after I set this up, the foot part locked at a an approximate 60-degree angle and it just beeps at me. I have contacted the seller and no response. VERY disappointed and I don't know how to fix it without some guidance. Not even sure how to send it back...it weighs 150 lbs. Really at a loss as to what to do now. Updated - upgraded to 3 stars. Customer service has been in touch and we are working through the problem. Still frustrated it happened but, very appreciative of the customer service.
