I’ve been making homemade ice cream 2-3 times a week. It’s quick, easy, delicious and most of all it’s healthy! Here’s my low sugar/fat recipe: 1 XL or 2 Sm.Eggs, 1 3/4C 2% milk, 1/4 C H&Half, Tsp Br. Sugar, 1/2 C+ Stevia, 1/2 T vanilla ( or more ) l Mix about 35 minutes. It will be soft but yummy or you can freeze it for a bit. NOTE: Start your freezer ASAP after pouring in your mix otherwise the mix will begin to freeze and the dasher blades will stick. I thought mine had broken … but I figured it out. I’m loving vanilla so far but eventually I’ll get more creative.

Have purchased two units, does not work

I really wanted to like this product because it's a sleek design and cute. But, it's not functional. The first unit the plastic blade broke after only a few uses, so I returned it and got a second. Then that unit only worked for so long before it stopped turning ingredients into ice cream. I saw another review stating the same - that it just churned forever and made liquid, no ice cream produced. Not sure what happened, but I had the same experience with the second unit purchased. I won't be purchasing a third!! That's for sure. A waste of time and money.
