It's Perfect

I needed a decent size and easy to clean humidifier and it is perfect.I love how the mist can come out two ways if you turn it.It's quiet and I love the different color lights.It just adds a cute look to it.

No effective customer service

The machine seems to work well. My complaint is that there is a little white plastic filter piece and no instructions as to where to put it. I contacted the company which responded right away with a photo of the piece. I still couldn’t see a place to insert it. I asked them for a video to show the spot without the piece and how to put it in. I got a 9 second video of the back of someone’s hand in the way so that I couldn’t see anything. I’m using the humidifier without the little white filter and I like it. I am totally frustrated with the customer service department since they cannot send a photo of where it goes and how to install it. No matter where I stick it, it just floats to the top. Very annoying.
