Toddler Keepsake Memory Book

I’m really torn on this book because it’s beautiful and I love the prompts, but it’s not great for photos. I originally started a digital baby book, but it signed me out and I lost months of information I documented. I was devastated. So I bought this book when my baby was 5 months. That’s the real downside, if you don’t have this book prior to birth, your only photos of an event or day may not be the right orientation for this book. And 4x6 prints only fit if they’re horizontal (landscape). You’d have to get even smaller prints to fit vertically (portrait). And if you’re taking photos with a cell phone, more than likely most of your photos will be vertical (portrait). I also with there were more pages for photos altogether. Again because I started late in the game, I don’t have photos for some of the prompts, but I have a bunch for others. It would be nice if the book was binder style, so you could add and remove pages. Then they could include extra photo pages that you could add wherever you see fit. Like a page with few lines for a caption and a large blank space for you photo(s). I would increase the size of the book overall so you could at least layer more than one photo. I’ll continue to fill out the book, and I’ll have to buy a separate album. Overall it really is a nice book, especially for the price. Just make sure you’re constantly taking photos vertically and horizontally so they can accommodate the book. If you started the book late in the game like I did, you’ll run into the same issues, but I didn’t see another baby book in this price range that could accommodate my needs.
