Best curling iron I have owned

This is by far the best curling iron I have purchased. The strength of the clip grip is by far the best of any previous irons I have owned. An extra clip was included. My only concern is that the actual white piece on the clip gets very hot so I am not sure how long it will last. This is also the first iron I have owned that has a digital reading for temperature and it heats to 415 degrees in seconds. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new iron.

This item was a nightmare.

I purchased this item as I've used the Hot Tools Brand before. I wanted a curling iron that had auto shut off so I choose this item. The heat setting is located right by your hand/wrist therefore it moves around while the iron is in your hair. Turning lower was annoying but it would get hotter and actually burned my hair. I turned my hand around and tried to make it work but it continued to burn my hair to where my husband smelled my hair later in the day and said it smelled burned. I finally agreed to return the item and they would only allow for a refund back to my account (not my credit card) and I had to buy a box and return to UPS only as drop off was not available. A week later I am still waiting for a refund and this item has been a massive inconvenience.
