Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had this product for several years. Still very satisfied with the efficiency of the product. Had to reach out to costumer service several times for help with replacement parts. They were great!! Still working strong!!

Not as great as it seems - zero stars

I bought this on Nov 2022. It has one year warranty so I did not get an extended warranty. Little did I know that it would start failing after the warranty expired. For a couple of months now the mop has been stopping after a couple of minutes into is task. The error is that "the main brush is tangled", despite it being clean. I contacted customer service who, after providing useless solutions, essentially told me to reset it. I did, and less than a minute into a new task to start mapping the area, it stopped, with the same error. This vacuum/mop has not been without problems. I had the vacuum pro and because I liked it (it had a small mopping function too), I bought this one. My vacuum stopped working a few months ago. The worse thing is that I recommended it to my two cousins who bought it. They do not work anymore. For the mop, I told them to wait a year. I spent over $500, not a small amount, and it only lasted a year. So, now, I have a useless mop and vacuum. They worked for a while, but not without problems. Often times they needed help to return as they would get lost easily. I have an iRobot with a station. I have had it for over three years. I only bought the yeedi vacuum to take some of the weight of the iRobot as the Floorplan is 2500 sqf and we have a dog. I figured use the iRobot daily, and yeedi 3 times a week, only main areas, during the afternoon. I used the mop also 3 times a week. Despite all this restricted schedule, they have both failed and the iRobot keeps on going. I do not recommend yeedi. If I could get my money back, I would. If Yeedi were a respectable company, they would exchange my robots. Instead, after over $900, all they said is that warranty expired. If I could I would give it zero stars. Customer service is no help either.
