Came dirty, missing part

This came in a pretty used box, when I took it out of the box it was dirty. I had to wash it. Then I turned it over the cover for the batteries wasn’t there! Seriously! If my granddaughter wasn’t here when it came I wouldn’t have to keep it! But she loved it. Ugh! I could have gotten this without the cover for a heck of a lot cheaper!! Not worth the price I paid. The only plus is that the Anna and Elsa dolls was inside the box. I covered the batteries with tape. Buy NEW is my recommendation. Not used like new!
