Electric Ceramic Jumbo Slow Cooker 8.5Qt

I am extremely disappointed in the product and the company customer support when I reached out. The crockpot is beautiful and easy to use. However the liner cracked within months of use. I reached out to the manufacturer in hopes of replacing the liner. Hopefully at no charge, but was willing to pay. They responded promptly that they didn’t support the ceramics and had no replacement. I followed all their instructions for care of the crockpot and ceramic liner. I have been using crockpots for nearly 50 years and have never had a ceramic liner crack. My current crockpot is 20 years old and still in regular use. I was wanting a larger crockpot.. I didn’t want lots of features, just the basics.
