Not loose. Actually a little tight if your forearms are too big. Mine aren't though but YMMV. Exactly what I expected and very durable.

Fabric isn’t very stretchy, heard sounds of a tear from putting it on the first time. Size chart was completely off, ordered a medium and need more of an Xl for a comfy fit. Too tight to wear for long periods, make sure to size up IF you NEED to get this product.
