Great computer

Everything great. Battery seems pretty good, I think I can get 12 hours or it without full brightness. Only 4 starts because it does have little freezes. I think the higher memory version could be better

Customer Service people, nice, but their English was hard to understand. Also, they speak fast, tend to jump to what they want to help me without understanding what I am asking first. Even get it wrong after I used S: Sam, H: Henry... The customer service people like to use "hotel" for "h". My experience shows Philippine customer service, especially female voice ones, are the best out of US and Canada customer service. I have to return the product.
