Sharp, never dull

This WAS my absolute favorite knife for chopping vegetables and fruits. The only negative was the red paint on the handle started coming off after a few weeks of use. The blade was super sharp and didn't seem to dull. Sadly, it got tossed out with vegetable skins, and I haven't been able to find it's replacement.

BEST KNIFES....UPDATE

I purchased 4 of these in June 2023 Within a few months the red is peeling and flaking off. I'm really disappointed because the blades are absolutely wonderful and sharp. You'd think that the red on the handles wouldn't start peeling so soon. Especially not Within 3 months. These are absolutely awesome knives just the red on handles don't last. Heavier handles Sharp blades Use daily so I purchased 4
