I love this steam mop. Easy to use except I am 71 and it tires me out trying to control where it goes. But the end result is worth it. As much as I feel like I am wrestling a toddler at time I'd purchase again for the way it cleans my floors.

Won’t clean

When the First one arrived one of the rotors was broken , out of the box , ordered another one , OK, all it does is spread around what’s on the floor , after 15 minutes it shuts off then you have to wait 30-40 minutes so it can cool down and start again , if your floors not perfectly clean it won’t work , think about it , two pads spreading around anything that’s on the floor , it is a wast of money ,
