best cordless vacuum

First of all, this is beyond my expectations. I was skeptical at first time before purchasing because I have tried other brands and none of them was functioning well. But this one shocked me at the very beginning. This vacuum has suction like no other. It picks up hidden particles that would normally be naked to the human eye. If you have a pet such as a cat or a dog, this cordless vacuum is for you!!! it picks up all the hair on the sofa on the first try which is the best part of it. Love that it comes with a stretch hose that can be used as a handheld, especially for cleaning the car, deep corners of the sofa, chair, wall, and other places. Moreover, it comes with an extra filter in case the first one is broken, you can use the second one. it is very lightweight except for the holding part. in addition to this, it has a strong second level of vacuuming for deep cleaning and it is very easy to use. If you are looking for something lightweight, useful, and that works really well, then this product is for you. Since I love this product, I can easily say I am very pleased with my purchase of the all-new Dreo.

Batteries are dead after 19 months of once per week use on 1000sqft of carpet.

I have two of these. They are excellent vacuums, but only for a short time. The first one was purchased here 8/19/23. After 19 months of weekly use, the batteries diminished to the point where the vacuum has no suction and the machine will go from 100% down to 22% in under one minute, then it turns itself off automatically. So, the vacuum is now useless. I fear the batteries are no longer safe to attempt to charge them. This vacuum came with a card indicating a 30 month warranty. I will contact Dreco customer service, but I did not save all the original packaging, nor am I willing to pay $60 or more to send it back to them. Therefore, I am probably out of luck. If I do receive a vacuum cleaner saving reply from Dreco customer service, I will certainly return here to praise their response or solution if it is worthy. However, as of now, this is a DO NOT BUY item. The battery life span is too short. Also, although I would be willing to purchase a replacement battery for a reasonable price ($30 or so), neither batteries nor replacement HEPA filters are available for it. Because of this, it becomes a short-life disposable product. In other words, expect your vacuum cleaner budget to be $189 or so for 19 months or so of use, or approximately $10 per month. Then, off to the landfill it must go. This all makes this an extremely environmentally unfriendly product.
