This is the second hot plate from this company I've purchased. They both work well and keep food nice and hot. They have an adjustable heat thermostat knob and one can increase or decrease heat . Large capacity that can hold a couple of 9x13 pans and a couple of other smaller pans simultaneously.

Works but control location is awkward

This will definitely keep food warm if you get it set right. The problem is the location of the controls on the side. Impossible to see what setting you have it on in most of the places we want to use it. Front facing controls might not be as aesthetically pleasing. But would be WAY more practical IMHO. Sturdy. Well made works. But I’m dinging it two stars for the controls location.
